Phase 1 Renovation of the Existing Cibolo Event Center. The Storage Room in the Senior Center/Rental Space will be expanded along with the Office being expanded with a new door to match existing. Some millwork and a sink will be removed in the Food Prep/Kitchen Area to allow room for an owner supplied and installed ice machine. A new door will be installed in the hallway that matches existing. Blocking/Rough-In will be installed for the network drops and the three wall mounted TVs. LED lighting will be installed to match existing. All walls will be patched and repainted to look new. Base bid is to strip wax and buff all concrete floors. An Alternate is to install Epoxy Floor coatings in the Senior Center/Rental Space and Entrance/Foyer in lieu of the wax, all other floors will still be waxed. Security, Access Control, and communications will be installed by the owner.
